Job Description
- First-line support for users.
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems,and tablet devices.
- Hands-on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and patient.
- Installingand configuring computerhardware, software, systems,networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company(this may be in person or over the phone).
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Escalate issues to his direct supervisor for support.
Job Requirements
- Must be Portsaid Residence
- Previous working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician for (3) years
- CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+
- Excellent Computer Skills.
- Excellent IT Troubleshooting skills.
- A technical, logical thought process and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate in English
