Job Description
- Conceptualize product description and design.
- Craft technical specifications of products considering budgets and materials.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements & Research materials and techniques.
- Develop illustrations and other designs using software or by hand.
- Produce and test product prototypes & Ensure products are aesthetically pleasing.
- Work together with category manager, florist, and brand teams to establish production processes.
- Providing feedback to improve products and innovate.
- Add new products to the master catalogue.
Work with copywriters and brand manager to produce final design packaging and content.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- E-Commerce Experience Is A Must At least 4 Years
- Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role
- Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT
- Experience with implementing IT systems
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Good with numbers and financial planning
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
- Analytical mind
- Problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in Business, or other relevant field
