Job Description
- Help in listing, adding the new products, manage stock levels and adjust prices on our website and our market place online accounts.
- Pack and dispatch orders received via Anasia’s website and market-place accounts.
- Liaise with Shipping couriers to book in, prepare items for collection and customers complains.
- Prepare sales reports for each order/product and its last statues.
- Prepare reports for the shipping performance and SLAs.
- Follow and organize with our finance team, the shipping company payments.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding the payments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 -2 years’ experience preferably in E-Commerce.
- English language fluency in both written and spoken.
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft office.
- Problem-solving and communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Basic SEO knowledge.
