Job Description
- Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
- Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing
- Manage and update Manpower planning
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions by performing searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as databases, networking, social platforms, job fairs, and employee referrals.
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
- Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
- Select qualified job applicants and refer them to hiring managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
- Conduct reference check for the accepted applicants
- Contact accepted applicants to start in the hiring documents process and send a regret email for the rejected applicants.
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
- Develop and improve the talent acquisition activities
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
- Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
- Participate in updating our policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- BA in Business Administration, Management or any related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
