Job Description
- Troubleshooting and analyzing Security Issues Problems.
- Escalating IT Services incidents and requests which can not be resolved within agreed scale to Vendor.
- Follow up on Vendor on daily basis for all pending cases.
- Delivering proactive actions to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide any Hand-On Configuration.
- Health Check for the security Solution and monitor the Health of the device.
- Collecting the required logs from the devices in case requested.
- Escalate Cases to Vendors if required.
- Security devices including Fortinet, CISCO, F5 and Palo Alto only provided that all these devices are covered with back to back support with Vendors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent degree.
- 5-7 Years of Experience.
- CCNP Certified.
- CISCO.
- Fortinet.
- F5.
- Palo Alto
