- Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success.
- Career Level: Proven experience at the Manager level.
- Skills: Expertise in IT Service Management and Software Development is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Project Management, Budgeting, Team Leadership, Vendor Management, Infrastructure Management, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Agile Methodologies.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
