Job Description

  1. Analyze overall business health performance, and acquire a deep understanding of business performance and correlations, and provide detailed performance insights to cross-functional teams to drive the business
  2. Lead, supervise & validate census data collection, perform comparative analysis on market census trends & movements.
  3. Analyze sales and market share data (weight) of customers under responsibility, and provide actionable insights, in order to inform critical decision making to continue to grow the business and our position (market share) within it.
  4. Analyze both numeric and weighted distribution performance & progress trends, as well as weighting indirect distribution & its impact on El Araby performance.
  5. Capture and interpret consumer data from a range of sources and communicate these findings across departments.
  6. Manage data quality and ensure actionable uses organization-wide.
  7. Collaborate with other talented research managers in the team to create data infrastructure, calculate metrics, build dashboards and track trends in customers’ journeys and customer advocates’ experience
  8. Work well in a fast-paced environment within our highly distributed organization and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  9. Partner with talented research managers across research department to provide data-driven insight by applying descriptive and predictive analytics where it will have measurable impact
  10. Deploy a diverse set of methodologies including statistics, quantitative reasoning, qualitative to research and produce insights
  11. Communicate reporting outcomes and improvement areas effectively to stakeholders
  12. Apply out of the box thinking, problem-solving abilities and operational experience to derive solutions
  13. Handle multiple projects at a time, deliver to the objectives on time.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the job (Business Administration-Statistics- Economics –Mass Communication- Marketing (.
  2. 4-6 years of experience in consumer and customized research; in research agencies & corporates.  
  3. Strong understanding of research principles: quantitative, qualitative, retail audit is plus.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong project management skills.
  6. Excellent command of written and spoken English.  
  7. Excellent in Microsoft Office.  
  8. Excellent presentation skills.
  9. Strong interpersonal and analytic skills.
  10. Strong managerial skills.
