Responsible for setting the budget for equipment maintenance and discussing it with the maintenance manager and the lab manager, setting the maintenance schedule for the lab and following up its implementation with the supervisors inside the lab through periodic visits to the lab and making purchase orders for equipment and spare parts for the lab.
Develops the maintenance budget for the plant and discusses it with the maintenance manager.
Makes purchase requests for spare parts for the site.
A periodic visit to the lab to follow up the technicians' performance and ensure the implementation of the periodic maintenance schedule.
Holds a periodic meeting with supervisors and technicians at the site to discuss problems and challenges and develop solutions to them.
Develop periodic maintenance plans for the laboratory and supervise their implementation.
Verify the balances of spare parts in stores.
Preparing and sending periodic reports on equipment conditions and sending them to the maintenance manager.
Holds a weekly meeting with the Operations Department to discuss maintenance problems and develop solutions to them.
Develop vacation plans for the maintenance department in accordance with the plant operations.
Ensure that technicians follow occupational safety and health standards during work.
Performs periodic trainings for the technicians to refine their technical skills.
