Work tasks:
- Develop FW applications for wireless hardware based on cellular modules
- Program ARM/MIPS based microcontrollers in C, C++ and Python
- Revise schematics to give feedback on programming feasibility
- Customize the existing FW applications and scripts to customers’ needs
- Assist Sales colleagues in feasibility study
- Documentation of work and creating help files.
- Involve in product ideas discussion
Job Requirements
- Completed technical studies (Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent)
- Experienced FW developer with professional working experience
- Experience in working with different Microcontrollers from different vendors
- Experience in communications protocols such as I2C, SPI, Ethernet (TCP/IP Stack), UART, USB, CAN, MODBUS, and 1-Wire.
- strong knowledge in designing PCBs and new hardware
- Experience with IO-Link protocol is an advantage
- Experience in working with different IDEs and compilers
- Experience in working with debugging tools in addition to Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscope and multi-meter.
- Industry Knowledge: Ideally prior knowledge of the IoT industry
- Have practical and very good knowledge in wireless devices and protocols including but not limited to LTE, GPRS, WiFi, BLE, and GNSS/GPS
- Have practical and very good knowledge in Real-Time Operating Systems Good knowledge of network protocols
