Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to sell our information databases to a variety of industries and organizations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a preference for those who have experience selling to medical and higher Education institutions .
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and develop leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our information databases.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on pricing, availability, and delivery options.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote our products and build relationships with potential customers.
- Continuously improve knowledge of the industry and the products we offer to better serve customers and stay ahead of competitors.
Job Requirements
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in selling to medical and STEM publishing companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate the value of our products.
