Job Description

  • Prepare monthly payroll administrative to HRD.
  • Maintain attendance reports daily, monthly according to company policy.
  • Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, etc.
  • Update social insurance record in & out.
  • Prepare monthly / quarterly payroll metrics reports for HRD.
  • Lead & Manage HRMS (Odoo) system according to requirements.
  • Advise HRD for all labor law advise need to take place. 
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferable. 
  • Proven 2 years of experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of tax, wage law and labor law.
  • Previous experience in Odoo system is a Must.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written English Language.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Physically able to work seated in front of a computer for long hours at a time.
