Job Description
- Prepare monthly payroll administrative to HRD.
- Maintain attendance reports daily, monthly according to company policy.
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, etc.
- Update social insurance record in & out.
- Prepare monthly / quarterly payroll metrics reports for HRD.
- Lead & Manage HRMS (Odoo) system according to requirements.
- Advise HRD for all labor law advise need to take place.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferable.
- Proven 2 years of experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of tax, wage law and labor law.
- Previous experience in Odoo system is a Must.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written English Language.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Physically able to work seated in front of a computer for long hours at a time.
