Design, develop, and maintain electromechanical systems and equipment used in food manufacturing processes.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and automation systems.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electromechanical systems, including PLCs, motors, sensors, and control panels.
Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare technical documentation, maintenance logs, and reports on equipment status and repair activities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies during all engineering activities.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of new equipment, spare parts, and suppliers.
Train and mentor junior technicians and maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing equipment performance data and recommending upgrades or modifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in electromechanical engineering within the FMCG industry
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, automation, and control technologies.
Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery.
Familiarity with PLC programming, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
