Job Description
- Responsible to ensure the proper performance of all necessary maintenance and operational tasks developed to assure maximum life and reliability of all mechanical systems for assigned properties/facilities including boilers, Compressed air units and their related equipment, oxygen and nitrogen generators , booster pumps, firefighting pumps and HVAC Equipment’s related.
- Assist in and conduct the daily operations and maintenance of HVAC mechanical equipment, controls of buildings & all utilities equipment’s related.
- Coordinate maintenance efforts with outside contractors and technicians.
- Maintain stock inventory control.
- Adherence to safety regulations
- Respond immediately to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.)
- Direct contractors as needed to achieve compliance with applicable regulations and to complete needed investigation of and repair to utility appurtenances
- Decisions made with advanced understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.
- Responsible for setting own project deadlines.
Performs any other related duties as and when required.
Job Requirements
