Job Description
- Receiving leads from sales system.
- Calling clients to upselling trading accounts & explain accounts benefits for clients.
- Follow up clients in completing accounts opening process & require documents.
- Educating clients to understand the concept of margin trading across FX & CFD.
- Follow up clients in funding require amounts after opening account.
- Making welcome call with customer to confirm client data.
- Act as the main contact point for active clients and resolve any issues.
- Assisting new clients to use our suite of trading platforms.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English
- Very Good Sales Skills
- Min 2 Years’ Experience in Stock Market
