Create front end for Web and desktop applications using C# .NET and ESRI Runtime SDK.
Create web services components that follow industry-standard design patterns, development methodologies, and deployment models.
Understanding and working experience with solid application design principles.

Understanding of modern UI/UX design principles.
Applying SW development as per the technical specifications and architecture
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture

Work on an agile team to develop, test, deploy, and maintain, while collaborating with team members on product backlog grooming, sprint planning, execution, review, and retrospective.

Ensure our GIS software documentation is up-to-date.

BSc (Computer/IT/GIS softwares / data managements / server management, preferable with database management diplomas.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in the field of Programming and geographic engineering science, GIS Software and database updating.and /or client services, skills in server’s data management with database, with oracle knowledge. & FME.
Bilingual (Arabic and English) Arabian preferable.
Knowledge on conveyable software, programming languages and on the working procedures.
Computer skills in use of software's or similar software packages dealing with GIS Data, such as: OS, oracle, arcade, arc server, ArcGIS,
