Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • Certified in either: Adobe Workfront Administration / Adobe Fusion Administration

 

Experience:

  • 1+ years of Experience in application support working with customers on processes/business analysis and performing platform implementations and/or configurations

Duties

  • Participate in discovery sessions to gather and document client’s requirements and processes
  • Understand existing Workfront & Fusion implementations
  • Monitor and respond within SLA’s to support and services tickets raised by client(s)
  • Design and configure new requests in Adobe Workfront (such as forms, project templates, portfolios, milestones, job roles, teams, layout templates etc.)
  • Configure business reports and dashboards.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders
  • Analyse configuration issues and develop appropriate resolutions and action items.
  • Maintain design document updated with new configurations
  • Pre-emptively review and recommend improvements to existing Adobe Workfront configurations.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity in clients Workfront instances.
  • Attend webinars and read release documentation to stay up to date with Workfront releases.
  • Provide training to platform users on new features and on newly configured processes/functionality
  • Test configured objects and support deployment efforts
  • Support management in conducting configuration meetings and maintaining project schedules.
  • Conduct orientations and trainings for new hires
  • Maintain accurate log of working hours per client
  • Support in identifying expansion roadmaps with clients based on new processes, or leveraging new Adobe Workfront Features

Job Requirements

What skills must you have to be considered:

  • Attention to detail, troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Time management ability to handle multiple projects/clients simultaneously
  • Very good practical knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS)
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Highly Presentable
  • Target oriented
  • Working under pressure
  • English Language Fluency both spoken and written, Additional European languages are a major plus (especially Spanish) though not required.
  • Great technical analysis skills and want to expand your career in the field of Digital Transformation on an international level. You will provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to Adobe Workfront & Fusion Platforms.

Extra points if you have:

  • Technology related bachelor’s degree
  • Master’s degree in business administration
  • Knowledge on project management and agile practices
  • Good working knowledge on PPM tools
  • Certified Administrator of either Adobe Workfront (alternatively we will accept applications with similar experience with Adobe Fusion or Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Experience writing and debugging code or building technical integrations
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Prince2)
  • Spanish or other European Language skills
