Overall Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for setting up sales and marketing strategies based on assessments of marketing opportunities and target markets,
Evaluating the business and realizing its full potential, using tools as marketing, sales, market information and customer service.

Education, Skills, Experience required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical /Science or another related field.
MBA, Masters in Healthcare Management is preferred.
Minimum ten years of experience in a senior-level position in managing marketing teams and business development.
Preferred experience/background knowledge in the field of Infertility (Male & Female) & IVF. 
Advanced interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Result-orientation and Ability to motivate.
Proven leadership and organizational abilities.
Hard worker with commitment & focusing on jobs and tasks well done.
Energetic and self-motivated team player.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, intuitive, technical, and leadership skills.
