Job Description
- Supporting all types of computer users.
- Solving hardware problems in PCs, POS, thermal printers, customer display, scanners, scales, printers, price checkers, and label printers.
- Solving software issues in POS and all PCs (Windows, Office, Outlook, POS application, retail application) in Panda stores.
- Acting as first-line support for Retail & POS applications
- Configuring scales, POS and connected peripherals
- Replacing spare parts as needed
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or relevant studies
Experience, Skills & Competencies skills.
- 0-3 years of IT experience
- Network+ full awareness is essential
