Job Description

  • Supporting all types of computer users.
  • Solving hardware problems in PCs, POS, thermal printers, customer display, scanners, scales, printers, price checkers, and label printers.
  • Solving software issues in POS and all PCs (Windows, Office, Outlook, POS application, retail application) in Panda stores.
  • Acting as first-line support for Retail & POS applications
  • Configuring scales, POS and connected peripherals
  • Replacing spare parts as needed

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or relevant studies

Experience, Skills & Competencies skills.

  • 0-3 years of IT experience
  • Network+ full awareness is essential

  • Ability to troubleshoot and support remotely
