Job Description
- managing and storing data using computers, software, databases, networks, and servers.
- Deploying the appropriate IT solutions to solve problems
- Identifying user needs with technology
- Follow up on camera malfunctions and internet problems and service stability and look for other more efficient alternatives.
- Follow up on printer and ink maintenance and provide at least one alternative for each type of ink.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of computer science or Information Systems .
- 5-7 years of experience in IT engineering/system administration with a focus on Windows environments.
- Experience in configuring and managing domain controllers and Active Directory.
- Preferably a resident of nearby areas to 10th of Ramadan.
