Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Tendering Engineer.at Xian Electric Engineering CO., LTD
- The Sales and Tendering Engineer will be responsible for preparing and submitting competitive bids for the projects.
- Analyzing RFQs (Request for Quotation) from Customers.
- Preparing Tender packages and sending RFQ for nominated subcontractors as per tracking sheet.
- Preparing comparison sheet of related subcontractors/ suppliers offers
- Assisting the Account sales Manager during technical and commercial clarification pertaining proposal with clients.
- Keeps track of projects' statues, create checklist for assigned duties and tasks, and report relevant information to the team leader.
- gathering information from various departments, including finance, Projects, and other related departments, to create comprehensive tenders that meet the specifications and requirements of clients.
- maintaining relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure that the company receives the best possible pricing and terms for supplies and services.
- Submitting the daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Senior Sales Engineer
- Ensure all inquiries are responded to on a timely basis.
- identifying and developing business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or estimating in the same industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with International electrical codes and standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of industry of electrical substations, transmission line and HV & MV main equipment
- Fluent in English
- Very arranged and organized.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in the MENA Region is a plus.
