Job Description

  • Reservation and customer support representative responsible for:
  • Handling customers’ inbound and outbound calls and inquiries based on a script.
  • Registering client details, organizing and maintaining excel sheets.
  • Following up on client payments and organizing the teacher-student data and groups.

 

Job Requirements

  • Presentable
  • Very organized.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor degree
  • Good English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in an international school or educational field is an assett.
