Job Description
- Monitor team performances and provide feedback form improvements.
- Vertically penetrate existing base to increase business profitability
- Acquire new business to increase company market share and revenue
- Accounts handling for existing base and newly acquire business to deliver the required business on time
- Conduct daily visits with accounts to maintain strong relationship
- Ensure full product / services knowledge awareness to accounts
- Prepare necessary reports with key achievements and updates to highlight business opportunities.
- Perform post assessment to any commission moves in the market on a timely basis
- Develop sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Ensure customer services satisfaction and good client relationship.
- Coordinate with other departments to solve customer’s complaints
Job Requirements
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as Head of Sales, Sales Manager or Sales and Marketing Director
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the Company
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
