Job Description
- Serve as a customer liaison to assist with customer needs, issues, or complaints; tracks customer complaints and coordinates responses to ensure timely turnaround.
- Assist in the development of the Retail Store Operations Guide as per the procedures and policies.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports through Excel or other software.
- Provide ongoing administrative support for retail operations.
- Prepare and assists with set-up for retail meetings.
- Ensure that adequate and timely communication is maintained between the retail leadership team and any customer complaints or needs.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Create the system IRs & POs. for e-Channels.
- Handling e channels’ logistics.
- Preparing the required operational items such as thermal rolls, stationaries, etc.
- Prepare the letters of refunds and charge back.
- Manage the uniform with all hired staff end to end.
- Follow up with petty cash holders and prepare the regular templates to obtain the signatures for petty cash refueling.
- Coordinate with the PMs for the operational equipment's to make sure it is fulfilled.
- Follow up with the procurement and admin in case of any shipments headed to or from e-Channels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce or any relevant degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
