Architect

- Overseas and plans all architectural aspects of construction projects in liaisi with project consultants. - Advise End-users, consultants, contractors and others on practical, aesthetic and social considerations in Architectural Design Development.

- Develop project objectives, schedules and performance benchmarks in Architectural Design. Consult on the effective organization of components and materials in Architectural Design.

- Endorsement of final specifications, approval of submitted materials and overall guidance on objectives and concepts as per rules followed.

- Review Bid specifications, recommend contract approval and administer contracts in liaise Architects and Engineers.

- Participate in final inspection of improvement projects and make recommendations regarding acceptance of construction work.

- Manage the architectural works for in-house and contract projects by checking all materials, layout / Design meets the local & international standards. Supervise the preparation and checks the accuracy of Contract

- Documents in terms of Design completion in liais with project team.

- Design and review related issues amendments to drawing design variations design related queries and advise the consultant accordingly and prepare reports and correspondence for high management approval.

- Participate final inspection Of improvement projects and make recommendations regarding acceptance of construction works.

- Any other assignments assigned by line manager.

Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering

UAE Nationals: NO experience required

Non UAE Nationals: 3 years Of relevant experience
