Job Description
- Collect data for Legal due diligence.
- Translate legal documents.
- Prepare, draft, archive and review legal documents and contracts.
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
- Deal with external parties (External counsel).
- Review internal policies and its compliance with Egyptian law.
- Perform legal research on legal laws and regulations.
- Schedule Executive Committee and Board Call/meeting agendas.
- Help the board in the development of compliance with and periodic review of the company’s governance policies and practices.
- Demonstrates the company’s commitment to corporate governance by monitoring compliance with these policies and informing the Board of any breaches.
- Review the company’s policies on a regular basis by keeping abreast of the latest developments in corporate governance, changes in the legal ad regulatory framework and reporting on these to the Board.
- Guarantee the safekeeping of corporate documentation.
- Certifies copies of documents before they are given to shareholders
Job Requirements
- Very Good in English and Arabic.
- Experience from (1 to 3 years).
- Presentable.
