Job Description
- Prepare warehouses according to international quality standards and qualify them to pass external inspection from suppliers and government agencies.
- Assist in preparing the annual plan for the warehouse inspection, and the thermal studies of the warehouses.
- Monitor and ensure the application labeling system of different warehouse areas
- Follow up on all health and safety activities in branches & warehouses
- Develop and validate a system for monitoring temperature in different areas inside warehouses, logger’s installations & distribution cars and ensure its implementation to guarantee a quality tracking system.
- Edit & develop the company’s policies & procedures in addition to all related business processes to ensure having an accurate process mapping linking all the department’s activities with efficiency& effectiveness.
- Ensure that all processes are performed within the local regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Implement programs to assure compliance with QMS and regulations internationally within the organization.
Job Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- ISO/TQM certificate is preferred.
