Job Description

Olife is looking to hire a versatile HR Specialist who is enthusiastic about start-ups, and ideally has passion for growing a dynamic team of high-calibre members; the job scope is mainly concerned with talent acquisition, along with learning and development initiatives, as well as HR operational responsibilities.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end, alongside the top management and the hiring managers.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline and database of potentially suitable candidates.
  • Draft and update job descriptions for both existing and new positions, while verifying with the hiring managers.
  • Utilize different platforms and channels to source candidates as required, and recommend other methods whenever needed.
  • Be the focal point of contact with candidates and ensure the recruitment process is constantly being followed up with all stakeholders.
  • Promote the employer brand, and provide input on how to improve and facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Be accountable for the onboarding process in terms of liaising with the IT team and any other required stakeholders.

L&D and Operational Duties:

  • Be directly involved in the employees learning and development initiatives.
  • Be accountable for team satisfaction initiatives.
  • Review the payroll with the top management before sending to the finance team.
  • Administer the HR system and regularly update the team's data, alongside filing the hiring documents.
  • Draft hiring contracts as required, and liaise with the concerned teams to ensure that all team members are socially and medically insured. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or any other similar field of study.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience are required.
  • Experience within the e-commerce industry is a big plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to engage a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented individual with a high sense of ownership.
  • Flexible to work with tight deadlines and short timeframes.
