Job Overview:
As a Listing Manager specialising in Real Estate Portals, you will play a crucial role in optimising property listings across property portals inside and outside UAE. You will be responsible for creating strategy and managing property listings to attract potential buyers or tenants. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate, exceptional organisational skills, and proficiency in utilising various online listing platforms.

What you’ll do:
Create and optimise listing workflows & processes. Assess the team and implement required team changes. Manage the listing team, set up KPIs and transparent listing process. Optimise listings visibility on propertyfinder, bayut, dubizzle etc and other international listing platforms. Conduct in-depth portal analysis and evaluate key metrics (clicks, views, premium listings allocation, CTR, conversion) and develop strategies to optimise performance and increase conversion metrics. Assess listing quality to ensure highest standards. Analyse listings weekly, create and implement proactively the strategy to drive results. Hold weekly sessions with HOS & TLs to improve listing performance and set priorities for sales. Focus on lead generation for listings according to the sales plan set for key areas, country, business unit. Be responsible for credit management – effectively allocate credits and improve allocation regularly for optimal results. Analyse listings and market demand in terms of lead generation, leveraging market knowledge to improve financial performance for the listings platforms. Create and optimise financial budgeting of portals as per business needs and maximum ROI. Engage with portal account managers for strategic marketing planning and collaboration. Effectively manage listings to sustain a leading market position, assessing portal ranking and market competition. Analyse the leads flow from respective portals and leads quality. Implement required changes proactively. Introduce new listing marketing portals/channels, both local and international, to drive business growth. Set up proper workflow to successfully expand globally to key property portals in other markets (Germany, Italy, France, USA, etc).See all
What we’re looking for:
Skilled team leader with expertise in the UAE/global real estate market – propertyfinder, bayut & dubizzle.ae preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing listings (UAE real estate market). Experience with real estate CRM systems. Expertize in real estate listing department workflows & process. Fluent written/verbal English communication skills. Russian is preferred. Transaction coordination experience is a plus. Organised with an eye for detail. Proactive business-oriented mindset. Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
