Job Description

  • Develop Organizational Development strategies and policies that realize the full potential of the business needs and strategic objectives. 
  • Identify best practices, market benchmarks, functional performance, and implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
  • Develop corporate governance as directed by the board and formalize, the authority matrix, organization charts, reporting hierarchies, job design within the departments of the organization. 
  • Evaluate and translate organizational strategy into a compelling vision into objectives, goals and tasks to enhance organizational performance and support business growth. 
  • Develop and implement effective solutions for strategic organizational growth and development.
  • Address culture challenges after major organizational changes, strategic direction, mergers/acquisitions, hyper-growth and outsourcing.
  • Assesses climate and culture of the organization to recommend strategies that drive organizational alignment, size, structure and processes that support the organization in maximizing transformation and innovation investments. 
  • Leads organizational development expertise, including, strategic planning; oversees systems thinking; leads behavioral change management; and consulting services to the various functions within the Organization.
  • Stays current on healthcare and business trends and leverages data and metrics in order to recommend transformation strategies that support the organization in rapid transformation in response to internal and external drivers.
  • Leads all the aspects of company-wide organizational restructuring, change management, and compliance in transition from the current organization hospital to the new scope set by the corporate.
  • Leads the development of appropriate organizational reporting structures & architecture, and support systems in order to enhance the effectiveness of organization’s top management.
  • Conducts organizational assessments and uses data to provide consultation on organizational effectiveness interventions that will close the gaps from current to a desired future state.
  • Assess HOSPITAL’s learning and development areas of opportunities across all levels. Identify and prioritize mission critical skills. Recommend, develop and implement customized learning strategies to meet short and long-term capability/skill requirements to effectively execute HOSPITAL strategy in full collaboration with HOSPITAL Academy.
  • Aligns stakeholders to business objectives and plans to implement those solutions.
  • Ensure the solution of development for assigned organizational and business problems related to strategy, transformation and business plan execution, organization design, governance, team effectiveness, engagement models, workflow, etc.
  • Leads organization design and effectiveness efforts by directing needs assessments and gap analyses for executive and senior leadership. Manages data from key indicators and evaluation methodologies to steer recommendations and help senior and departmental leadership realize organizational goals and strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Educational:    BSc. in Business Administration, with Masters in Organizational Development from a recognized university.
  • Professional:  Minimum ten years’ experience in strategic alignment, organizational behavior, change management, structural alignment and leading transformational initiatives in the healthcare sector.
  • Certification:  Professional certification and/or other certifications or licenses relevant field preferred.
  • Licensing :       N/A
  • In-depth experience in applied knowledge of OD theories, methods and processes including quality improvement, change management, organizational behavior, and performance management and leader development.
  • In depth knowledge of advance accounting, statistical tools and ERP system.
  • Knowledge of healthcare/hospital sector.
  • Leadership exemplifies approaches that motivate and inspire others, promote positive morale, enhance performance of others, and model organizational values.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of person-centered-care Philosophy and shows potential fit in the Hospital’s culture of person-centered-care.
  • Adept at navigating the political, economic and health care landscape, including a sophisticated understanding of strategic drivers, trends, and outside forces that affect the organization, threats and opportunity, (SOWT Analysis).
