Job Description
- Handling all cars maintenance.
- Check up on car and drivers` licenses.
- Check the quality of the renting cars and make sure that they meet our checklist of car quality.
- Track cars timestamp and arrival times (From & to Company).
- Solve any issue related to fleet and drivers.
- Create monthly report (Missions, Maintenance, Licenses, …..).
- Organize the daily movement for all the company cars.
- Ensure accurate logs of all cars based (vehicle list, overall condition of vehicles, issue list, repair history, fuel logs, mileage logs, tire averages, etc.
- Establishing the main objectives for fleet management.
- Developing plans and programs for the fleet.
- Responsible for following up on plans and special plans
- Setting performance targets/measures for each job and following it up with the development of improved results status.
- Ensuring efficiency and office within the organization and company standards.
- Provide daily / monthly reports on all the information that you do, for example (fuel prices for fuel, rubber, actual maintenance downtime, fleet economic condition, GPS follow-up reports, employment, ... etc) with presenting an analysis of the current situation to improve existing opportunities.
- Technical evaluation of the cars periodically every three months, along with submitting suggestions to raise their efficiency or dispose of them by sale or scrapping.
- Evaluating suppliers and working with the supplier with the highest evaluation.
