Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing hardware solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your duties will include designing hardware architecture, performing testing and troubleshooting, and collaborating with other teams to ensure the successful delivery of products. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior hardware engineers and conducting regular code reviews.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in hardware engineering, with experience in schematics design, PCB layout, and circuit simulation. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement hardware solutions that meet the needs of our clients
- Design hardware architecture, including schematics and PCB layout
- Supervise on PCB manufacturing and production
- Perform hardware testing and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful delivery of products
- Mentor junior hardware engineers and conduct regular code reviews
- Participate in project planning and provide technical input
- Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in hardware engineering
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware engineering
- Proficient in schematic design, PCB layout, and circuit simulation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
