Job Description
- Handle mall customer and mall operations day to day challenges.
- Overseeing mall daily operations,
- Ensuring operations staff productivity,
- Monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for staff.
- Report to Mall Manager all day to day operations issues including but not limited to customer complaints, staff performance and procurement requirements.
- Ensure that security and safety regulations are met
Responsibilities - In charge of effective coordination and administration of everyday operational tasks/activities concerning the mall maintenance, housekeeping, security and safety.
- Responsible to attend to mall tenant queries on visual merchandising, deliveries, tenant area operation rules and regulations within the mall. This includes all daily operation issues for all tenants including permits, working hours, penalties, etc
- Responsible to address and resolve all mall tenant complaints and issues
- Responsible to monitor and report on operations staff attendance and performance.
- Responsible to schedule staff shifts and regular cleaning of the facilities and submit for Mall Manager approval.
- Responsible to submit operation procurement requirements to Mall Manager.
- shall help Mall Manager to prepare Operation Budgets and operate within the approved Budgets up to the mall standards.
Job Requirements
- Requirements and skills:
- Work experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role (2-3 years)
- Previous experience in the industry preferred
- Customer service experience
- Good communication skills
- Team management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with facilities maintenance, housekeeping and/or security
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
