Job Description
- Manage the effective achievement of Human Resources department objectives through the leadership of the Human resources department – setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and the performance of the Human resources team
- Recommend improvements to Human Resources policy and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of human resources activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of Human resources department to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Prepare In coordination with HR Director the Human Resources operating budget.
- Partner with management team to work with Organizational Development & Talent management Plans, ensuring the organizational structure supports the business strategy
- Review man power needs to address current and future occupations gaps , Preparation in the annual MPP and recruitment, retention, and career development plans.
- Prepare and maintain employment records related to s hiring, transfers, or promotions , in addition to Conduct the Exit interview and analyze interviews’ reports
- Provides an analysis for the causes of turnover and propose solutions to reduce its percentage
- Manage job evaluation, development and update periodically job descriptions for all occupation in the organization
- Prepare and update color code file to and recommend action to align to TTT plans
- Responsible for implementing performance management system using different performance metrics that drives high performance overall organization , with direct accountability to Deliver awareness sessions to the middle management to communicate the performance management policies and procedures
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing plans and programs and direct accountability for the Preparation Of annual training plan
- Analyze recommends modification of compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive plans and programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage payroll process accuracy including maintain and changing of employees pay structure and master data on, running salaries
- Ensure the accurate employees personnel transaction process (absence - delay – business missions – holidays - overtime ...etc.)
- Advise the top management on the best way to deal with employee issues based on updated knowledge of applicable governmental labor and insurance laws.
- Establish and maintain relationships with governmental agencies and organizations in community to meet their needs
- Lead the weekly operation HR weekly meeting to ensure the effective flow for all operating HR process.
- Attend all planned departments meetings to respond to inquiries and any raised issued
- Three position are available located in 10th of Ramadan ( pumps manufacturing ), Downtown (Contraction ) and 6th of October city (engines Manufacturing)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate HR Study
- 8-10 years relevant experience in talent management, comp& ben, personal and administrative human resource’s function including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing supervision and leading responsibilities
