Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Take staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
  • Establish a good working relationship with customers.
  • Install, configure, and operating systems, and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot system problems, diagnosing and solving software faults.
  • Support the roll-out of new applications.
  • Test and evaluate new technology.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Graduates only.
  • Ability to read and write proficiently while multitasking (actively listening to customers and answering questions)
  • MUST be graduated from faculty of commerce.
  • Interested to work over the phone.
  • Customer Oriented Attitude.
