Main Job Duties:
- Take staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
- Establish a good working relationship with customers.
- Install, configure, and operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot system problems, diagnosing and solving software faults.
- Support the roll-out of new applications.
- Test and evaluate new technology.
Job Requirements

- Graduates only.
- Ability to read and write proficiently while multitasking (actively listening to customers and answering questions)
