Provide recommendations and technical support on electrical engineering reviews, strategic plans, and projects
Plan and implement procedures, systems, and controls to ensure efficient, timely, and proactive actions from the Electrical Department.
Supervise, schedule, motivate, positively discipline and plan all Electrical Department activities in TMG’s Hotels
Monitor all Electrical Projects’ Renovations/Construction for the designated scope. Plan, follow up, and ensure that the preventive maintenance action plan is on track with all the Electrical Equipment/network (MV, Transformers, Panels, network, BMS, Dimming systems, fire equipment, etc.).
Follow up on the condition of all electrical rooms and ensure a meeting of standard conditions through the assigned operator.
Establish technical standards in reviews, documentation, and designs
Prepare an annual budget including all changes and replacements of electrical equipment required. In addition to assisting with allocation, resource planning, and scheduling
Compile a monthly consumption report on light and power to include electricity
Ensure effective inter-departmental communication and good relations between the engineering team members and ensure timely completion of all assigned responsibilities.
Manage unit and development cost estimations and helps determine affordable and reliable material sources.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
10 to 15 years of experience in the same field (Hospitality industry exposure is preferable)
Knowledge of blueprints and wiring diagrams.
