Job Description

We are looking for an active junior Sales Development Representative to join our business development team, to work on international business opportunities and diverse markets. The SDR will be responsible for outbound sales prospecting and lead generation. Rather than trying to close deals, their work revolves around generating and qualifying new leads—and moving them through the sales pipeline and seeking new business opportunities across our different business ventures.
The SDR is expected to initiate a solid first connection and engage potential customers. Spark meaningful conversations and pass on relevant information to the Sales and Business Development team. In addition to reaching out to potential clients through the early stages of the sales funnel, either connecting potential buyers to speak with a sales and business development executive or screening their true intention to buy and ultimately contributing to increased sales and growing our network of opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Lead generation through extensive and in-depth market research and conducting outbound sales calls for the purpose of prospecting, and scheduling sales meetings.
Daily assignment of leads to sales and business development team members, ensuring that there are no duplications across the pipeline.
Evaluate leads and ensure proper qualification to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Individual prospect research: proper study of leads, to prepare closer with valuable information on the business and contact persons, to reflect a well-thought sales process.
Becoming a product expert and pitching to perspective clients at the early stage of the sales funnel.
Comprehensive prospecting activities, including identifying key decision makers and scheduling a meeting between them and closer.
Assist in growing and maintaining BD leads database.
Importing leads into the sales CRM system with proper task assignment as per agreed-upon processes.
After lead qualification, they are responsible for recording prospective client needs and challenges, through progressive profiling and then passing this information through to the deal closer. 
Qualifying leads and connecting them with the deal closer as per department guidelines.
Customer profiling: Categorizing leads that share similar characteristics: such as location, specialty, and other criteria as provided by BD management.
Responsible for lead qualification - MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQLs assigning them to a dedicated sales and business development executive.
MQLs includes live chat with engaging prospects through our company website, social media platforms, and setting appointments with prospects who have expressed their interest in the service through submitting a webform request, as well as other marketing channels and campaigns.
Monitoring our lead scoring system, to be on the watch for leads gaining more points and getting in contact to discuss their interest.
R&D activities on healthcare, and industries of interest and collecting more lead sources and tools to be utilized in the sales and business growth cycle.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant discipline.
Fluency in English is an absolute must.
2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Market research skills – knowledge of the US market landscape is preferred.
Good knowledge of CRM systems.
Ability to work from 3:00pm to 11:00pm in Maadi.
Ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
