Job Description
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements across various operational domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions within the Odoo ERP framework.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and internal systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo modules for enhanced performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, code comments, and user manuals.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal stakeholders on Odoo functionalities.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection standards within the Odoo environment.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in Odoo development or ERP software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Odoo framework and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience integrating Odoo with third-party APIs and internal systems.
- Solid understanding of business processes in manufacturing, retail, or related industries.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
