Job Description
- Ensure accurate downtime recording and calculate plant availability.
- Complete timely RCA investigations.
- Complete FMEA studies for new plant and equipment.
- Facilitate the "failed asset in operation program" and hold update meeting.
- Support Execution team with technical support as required, identify and implement improvement in process and equipment reliability across the fixed plant.
- Process and equipment reliability " MTBF , MTTR , MTTF , Rework ".
- Supervised reliability improvement projects.
- Assist with plant PMO Exercise.
- Complete weekly and monthly reliability reports.
Job Requirements
- 2:4 Years experience with FMEA,PMO,RCA,RCM.
- Must be proficient in all aspects of CM and NDT techniques.
- Must be able to write comprehensive reports.
- Fluent in English.
