Job Description
- Solve users (employees) issues across all support channels within a fast-paced mainly over Dali mart stores.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot the network and system services (ERP, Printing, Email service, VPN, and Internet access).
- Apply the application of all IT policies and regulations
- Setup and configure surveillance cameras.
- Configuring attendance machines and its' reporting system service.
- Respond to user’s inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email according to any related Technology issues.
- Assist with keeping internal and User-facing support documentation up-to-date.
- Monitor user's complaints and reach out to provide assistance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IS/IT, or Computer Science
- Basic network troubleshooting is a must
- Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
