4. Spare Parts Management

• Establish relationships with suppliers to source quality spare parts at optimal costs.
5. Documentation and Record-Keeping
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs.

6. Safety Compliance

7. Team Management
