We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to be part of our regional Customer Service & Administration team under the umbrella of Maintenance/Service department. Reporting into the Regional Customer Service and Admin Manager, the role will ensure our service contracts and plans are thoroughly checked and up to date. He/She will provide administrative support for salespersons and service supervisors enabling them to maximize the time spent on customer facing activities in the field. The administrative support covers activities related to Maintenance Operations, Sales Support, Tender Preparation, Third Party Inspections and Reporting.

What will you do?

  • Customer communication and support for maintenance contracts both in preparation and cancellation
  • Take ownership for customer queries forwarded from first level and follow up with salesperson and other stakeholders to get it resolved
  • Support in tender preparation and finalizing order before sending to order admin
  • Customer credit checks during tendering and ordering
  • Maintain the customers database
  • Control safety and site access documents as requested by site managers 
  • Support supervisors in scheduling and updating maintenance plans
  • Support in repair and maintenance visit planning and communication to customers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree 
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role with strong focus in back office support and administration  
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent English language skills. French is an asset
  • Organized with excellent communication and follow up skills
  • Ability to handle and meet multiple deadlines and coordinate priorities accordingly
  • Able to provide excellent customer service to customers
  • Good problem-solving skills & attention to detail
