Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity to join our team as a Events Sponsorships Manager. Our Company is in the Yoga/Wellness Field & We are currently expanding to different Markets & Need awesome people on Board to grow with us !

 

The Events Sponsorships Manager will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing sponsorship opportunities for all company events. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of marketing and branding, and the ability to manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing high-value sponsorships and maintaining strong relationships with the right partners.

 

  • Sponsorship Strategy : Plan ,manage and execute all the local and international events ,exhibitions ,sponsorships of The LaLa Land  in local and international markets in order to increase the brand awareness of the company  and its offerings in line with the overall business objectives of the company .
  • Prospect Identification: Identify and research potential sponsors, understanding their marketing objectives and aligning them with event opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling sponsorship proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits for potential sponsors.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors, ensuring their objectives are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Contract Oversight: Manage all aspects of sponsorship agreements, including deliverables, timelines, and compliance with contract terms.
  • Event Integration: Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless integration of sponsor activities and visibility at events.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sponsorship performance, including ROI analysis and sponsor feedback.
  • Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sponsorship strategies.
  • Budget Management: Oversee sponsorship budgets, ensuring all activities are within financial constraints and deliver maximum value.
  • Present Monthly Plan for Achievements - Past Month- & development- Following Month- at Monthly Business Review Meeting in person
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event sponsorship and management
  • Have a portfolio of successful sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Fluency in English is a Must.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to research, multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and attendees.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for event planning and execution.
  • Strong negotiation and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, problem-solving, and multi-tasking.
     

 Benefits & Salary

  • Monthly Basic Salary of 10,000-15,000 EGP (Based on Years of Experience)
  • Quarter/Annual incentives and bonuses will be Calculated Every cycle  based on individual & Company performance.
  • Travel Benefits & Full Expenses covered for Retreats/Events whenever needed & requested by the Company
