Job Description
- Lead and help finance team to do their tasks efficiently and Audit them in both operation and bookkeeping (Accounting cycle)
Audit AR operation
- Audit in Sales operations that take right steps (invoicing, check customers credit limits, credit days, bookkeeping and open invoices to collect cheques). For maintain the company revenues (Asset)
Audit AR Reporting
- Verification GL customers’ Accounts & prepare Aging report for scheduling our debits to build collection plan and forecast the future cash inflows and finally prepare Monthly, quarterly closing reports
Audit AP operations
- Appling three way matching process for verification (POs, receiving goods, supplier invoice) for make payment correctly and issue cheques ,
Audit AP reporting
- Verification AP GL Accounts bookkeeping and monthly closing. Prepare Aging report for follow up cash outflows in future to maintain liquidity to pay timely.
- Maintain collection plan in which lead the collections officer to contact customers to solve any case blocked the collections
- Follow up our bank Accounts balances (cash in & out) Online
- Coordinate with bankers for compliance drafting concerning to (Loans, feasibility Studies, credit facilities watch, payroll) any case
- Prepare the balance sheet that shows the financial position (quarterly , yearly )
- Prepare the income statement for each dep. ( monthly, quarterly ,annually) that Matching revenues Vs. expenses and show business result (profit or loss)
- Formulate financial Policies that ensure safeguarding company Assets and work flow, credit policy , collection policy .documentation
- Prepare (Sales men & service center) commission control reports .and follow up Budgeted targets and compare what actually achieved. For Supporting in decision making
- Present the tax returns report VAT monthly , Income tax annually and we achieved that already
Job Requirements
- University Graduate of Commerce – Accounting.
- Junior experience as an Accounting Manager
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
