Job Description
• Owns an end-to-end theme in the product roadmap
• Defines the strategy & story of the theme roadmap
• Breaks down the strategy to product goals
• Break down the product goals into KPIs/Metrics targets
• Plans releases, sprints, and dependencies for future & near product goals
• Creates, maintains, and shares visual product roadmaps
• Delivers complete understanding of customer requirements
• Delivers a complete understanding of the impacts of features on product strategy & operations & business processes
• Maps, plans, avails channels & crowd-source customer and colleague ideas
• Acts as glue & driver with other departments, and functions (Insights & UX) to create a solid, integrated & harmonious vision.
• Plans for A/B tests, accepts demos, and go/no
• Support the development team in their questions
• Maximizes the ROI of the team’s efforts & is responsible for the team’s speed & quality and find ways to support and fix the team’s issues
• Delights our customers and make sure we are always improving the product experience
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Years of experience: From 3 To 5
- Additional: Online product building – designing, development, testing, management, ownership.
- Experience in building small to medium products.
- Passionate towards building innovative & successful products
- E-commerce awareness/experience is a plus. ➢ A/B Testing awareness/experience is a plus
- Curious about product management best practices, a reader, and a researcher of product trends.
- CSPO or any equivalent certification is a plus
