What you’ll be doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Address member inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the coworking community.
- Develop and execute strategies to build a strong and interconnected community within the coworking space.
- Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and networking sessions to enhance member engagement.
- Collaborate with the branch manager to implement community-focused initiatives.
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners for collaboration.
- Conduct cold calls and engage in relationship-building activities to expand our network.
- Seek opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships to enhance our coworking ecosystem.
- Manage the front desk, including handling walk-ins, providing tours, and managing inquiries.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors to the coworking space.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to membership management and community outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of member information and engagement activities.
