Buyer support across various indirect procurement categories covering: Facilities, HR, BPO, Audit & Consulting, Advertising, Training, Events…

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support:
Administrative activities such as: update of information files and databases, supplier registrations, Terms and Conditions update, Nissan's purchasing system support & coaching for users Implementation of the MICE solution (Meetings-Incentives-Conferences-Events) Sourcing activities (RFI/RFP/RFQ): Preparation of materials, drafting of tenders for suppliers, support of the buyers in various processes Support of the contract management of the regional business unit and the headquarters Preparing, maintaining, and checking purchasing files, price lists and catalogs of the purchasing system Purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier contracts status tracking Review purchase requisitions to verify accuracy and specifications
Analyze/report:
Coordination of purchasing information database; supplier panel optimization – Price comparisons, performance KPIs and delivery dates, preparation of data analysis to help identify the best offer among potential suppliers Suppliers spend analysis and purchasing performance assessment Savings reporting (savings performance declaration)
Communicate:
Ensure good relationship with finance department, legal department & internal stakeholders Anticipate, analyze & consolidate budget holders’ requirements Nissan Purchasing Process compliance

BACKGROUND:

Fluent in English Excellent interpersonal & communications skills Cross-cultural & cross-functional mindset Good Project Management capabilities Good analytical skills Good knowledge of MS Office tools: Excel (will be tested during the interview) & PowerPoint
