Job Description

Be Digital Agency is hiring community managers. We expect something more than replying to comments and messages, someone who gives life to the brand’s voice across the different channels. The role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Managing our social media messages and comments across the channels on a daily basis
  • Managing platform messages on the different points of communication on the platform
  • Managing customers’ complaints and working with the web admins and the corporate call center to solve their problems
  • Collecting leads and qualifying them across channels, and contributing to reporting the part of the leads management process
  • Helping with other reports like the customer feedback reports and the social media reports

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates/Up to 1 year of experience in a similar position at an agency
  • Social media savvy
  • Good Arabic & English writing skills
  • Passionate about digital marketing
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Focused and motivated
  • Quick learner
  • Bachelor's Degree
