Job Description
About the Job:
Planning
- To ensure the Budgeted capacity (Standard Hours) is prepared twice a month
- To ensure all production plans right through the Supply Chain are in synch with the final Customer delivery date
- To establish a risk analysis and to ensure Monthly Production Plans are prepared in a timely manner and backed up by availability of materials
- Ensure planning in optimize way to increase eff’ .
- Managing planers & BU .
Procurement and Purchasing
- To ensure all Raw Materials are available in time
- To use predictive tools to stock up on essential supplies
- To decide on freight options to meet Customer requirements
- To develop Local/Regional vendors for the long lead time items
Warehouse and Logistics
- To ensure all processes of Receipts, Issues and storage are as per the laid down procedures
- To ensure overall Stock accuracy
- To ensure tracking of stock aging and minimize write-offs by Customer and by Product group
- To ensure all shipments inwards are optimally planned and to optimize the logistics costs

Job Requirements
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply chain
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as supply chain manager in a factory
- Fluent English command
- French command is a plus
- Has worked and is a good user of a reputable ERP system (Oracle, SAP...).
- Living in New Cairo, Heliopolis, Shorouk city or Nasr City. Job location is 10th of Ramadan City.
