Job Description
Responsibilities for this position may include:
- Prepare, follow, and update the annual Manpower plan.
- Receive all job orders from departments and study their job descriptions.
- Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.
- Create a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Follow up with the accepted candidates with preparing their hiring documents and their starting date.
- Updates and review all job analysis and description.
- Responsible for orienting and explaining the strategy of the company to the new employees.
- Document interview results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis.
- Follow-up Probation period for the recent hiring.
- Conduct exit interviews for the resigned employees.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, preferably within the engineering or construction, Real Estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
