Job Description
- - Plan and supervise daily production activities in the sheet metal section.
- - Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with technical drawings.
- - Improve production lines, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste.
- - Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance departments.
- - Enforce occupational health and safety standards on the shop floor.
- - Prepare daily production reports and analyze variances.
- - Manage and guide technical staff and supervise daily performance.
Job Requirements
- - B.Sc. in Mechanical or Production Engineering or equivalent.
- - 1 to 3 years of experience in sheet metal industry.
- - Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using precision measuring tools.
- - Knowledge of ERP or production management systems.
- - Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- - Ability to work under pressure and lead teams.
